On Halloween day we painted pumpkins...
decorated and ate cupcakes...
and made spooky cupcakes for our neighbors.
Halloween night we went to a neighborhood party in downtown El Segundo and enjoyed some trick or treating afterwards. Ashlyn was Alice in Wonderland, Kailey was Tinkerbell and Jace was a lion (a very elaborate costume...he was such a sport keeping it on all night)
The El Segundo Fire Department was giving out glow sticks to all the kids
and the police dog was giving out treats.
This was Kailey's first trick or treating experience as a big girl. She loved it and wanted to eat the candy the moment it was given to her:) Ashlyn had the energy to stay out all night and would have knocked on every door in the neighborhood if we'd let her!
