Happy 5th Birthday Ashlyn

 Ashlyn had been saving up money in her piggy bank to buy a nice set of face paints.  Here she is testing out her skills on Kailey.

 The happy birthday girl had the time of her life!  

 We gave out the party favors after each child ran through a little obstacle course involving Phil's spin machine, whip cream sprayed on the nose and a sprint through the sand.  Fun times!  

 We had a blast from the past with Ashlyn's recent dance recital.  It was called "At the Hop" and brought us all to the 1950's as she danced to The Twist, Splish Splash and Lollypop!! 

 Ashlyn did a great job and was cheered on by Mom, Dad, sister Kailey and her friend Paige.  

 She must not have gotten enough dancing because afterwards she wanted to give us another concert outside:)

The girls and I went to a birthday party at Underwood Family Farms.  We enjoyed celebrating our sweet friend Annika and loved going on a hay ride, pony rides, feeding animals, riding a cow train, sliding down a tractor slide and more!

Rapunzel and Tinkerbell came to a friend's birthday party and the girls were in heaven!  Here they are getting their faces painted.

We went to visit the local fire house with friends.  The kids were fascinated!

 Here we are going on a scavenger hunt looking for items in nature that match the colors on our painted egg carton.  Super fun activity!  

On Mother's Day I woke up to these lovely decorations plus a yummy breakfast and a manicure from Ashlyn:)  These kiddo's made me feel so special and happy to be there momma.  Jace didn't make it into this photo but he definitely contributed too:)
