Our Beautiful Princess...
Ashlyn is 9 months old!

Still in the 90% for both height and weight...a hearty little girl!!!

She is pulling herself up and cruising around holding onto furniture. She loves to stand, let go with her hands, and see how long she can balance. So much fun!

April Visit

We spent one afternoon at Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills where Phil and I were married in 2002. We enjoyed seeing the improvements that have been made over the last few years. The grounds are still breathtaking and walking around brought back great memories. It was sweet showing Ashlyn where Mommy & Daddy got married:)

By the way, it may appear that Phil is loosing his hair in this above photo but he wants you to know that instead, you are looking at stitches from a car accident when he was a kid. According to my husband, this needed to be clarified:)

Job Well Done

Here is Ashlyn with the vacuum cleaner, now as good as new.

Newport Beach Weekend

Here we are on Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach.

Ashlyn is experiencing her first carousel ride. It's hard to tell in this picture but she really did enjoy herself:)

Emily's Aunt Sally & Cousin Katherine came into town to visit.

We stayed in Sally's timeshare at the Newport Coast Villas off of Crystal Cove. A beautiful resort. We had a lovely, relaxing time.

Easter in Palm Desert

We had a nice weekend get-away in Palm Desert visiting Phil's Aunt & Uncle. The weather was beautiful ( 80's and sunny). Ashlyn enjoyed all of the attention and had so much trying out her new moves in the swimming pool.

Ashlyn is 8 months old now and amazes us every day by doing something new.

At 7 months and 1 week, Ashlyn is full-on crawling and is into EVERYTHING. We can't turn our backs for a second. She is "miss curious" and enjoying all the fascinating items throughout the house:)Ashlyn loves to wear hats, especially this one with her initials.

Check out Ashlyn's two bottom teeth. She is working on a few more up top. This is the month for major milestones. Ashlyn has also started giving kisses and an occasional wave "bye-bye". We think she is way beyond her years and as brilliant as ever!

One-day get-away to Big Bear Mountain.

I hadn't skied in 7 years so this was quite a treat. I picked it back up pretty quick and seemed to impress Phil with my smooth moves on the slopes:)

Grandmommy Mary Lou came to stay with us while Phil was in Thailand on business. What a great visit we had. Here Grandmommy is introducing Ashlyn to pears. She thinks we are giving her candy...it's so sweet and yummy!

Can't believe our big girl is already 6 months old!
