Christmas 2007

This year we spent Christmas with Phil's extended family. We stayed with Phil's Cousin Laura and her family in Elko, Nevada. Here we are on our 2-day drive. We stopped in Sacremento for the night and arrived in Elko on the 22nd. Ashlyn was such a champ on our long car ride. Mommy and Daddy stocked up the car and had lots of fun toys for her to play with. It's going to be a White Christmas! This was only one of the spectacular sunsets we saw while in Nevada. What gorgeous skylines!Here's our sweetie-pie all bundled up...We made it!

Happy Halloween!

Ashlyn is 3 months old!

Look everybody, I'm getting SO big!This is such a great stage...Ashlyn is grabbing for things, pulling on toys and smiling all the time. She makes sweet cooing sounds and all kinds of fun faces for mommy and daddy.

Everytime Ashlyn is doing something really cute though, we run for the camera and the opportunity is lost. She also thinks the camera is an alien. When I hold it up she gets a very perplexed look on her face, her forhead wrinkles and her eyes get really wide. Then when I put the camera away she is happy again. So I have to be pretty sneaky when taking a photo these days:)
